Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO + Google Ads Specialist, located in the Mohali district. The role involves managing end-to-end SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, link-building strategies, and performing SEO audits. The specialist will also oversee Google Ads campaigns, conduct web analytics, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize performance and ROI. Collaboration with content creators, developers, and marketing teams will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Keyword Research and implementing On-Page SEO strategies
• Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits and optimize web pages
• Experience in Link Building strategies to enhance search rankings
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools to measure performance and extract insights
• Knowledge of Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, and management
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to present actionable insights
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with emerging SEO and SEM trends and technologies is a plus
• 5+ years experience required
