Job Description

  • Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
  • Experience: 1–1.5 Years
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in organic SEO and paid social media campaigns, along with a solid understanding of B2B digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute organic SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and content alignment
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • Monitor key campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports
  • Manage the LinkedIn company page, including content publishing, audience growth, and sponsored campaigns
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign creatives and landing pages
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Support A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance

Requirements

  • 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in organic SEO (both on-page and off-page)
  • Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Strong analytical mindset with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
