Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Manage on-page SEO elements meta titles, descriptions, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, guest posting, and digital PR outreach.
Perform technical SEO audits (using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb) and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Track, measure, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO trends, proactively applying them to ongoing projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
34 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO KPIs.
Proficiency in major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Local SEO, Google My Business, and Google Ads.
Understanding of content marketing, copywriting, and basic web design principles.
Familiarity with SEO automation tools, data visualization (e.g., Google Data Studio), and AI-assisted SEO tools.
