Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SeniorSEO Executive to drive organic growth and enhance search engine visibility for a B2B Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, content strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building techniques tailored for B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO & content strategies to improve organic rankings, drive targeted ICP traffic, and increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) aligned with revenue goals.
- Must handle 2-3 B2B Projects currently end-to-end and manage the complete SEO Lifecycle.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements and manage technical SEO (site audits, crawling, indexing, page speed).
- Implement off-page strategies, including backlink building and digital PR.
- Configure and monitor GA4 events, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution, aligning organic traffic performance with lead funnels, MQL tracking, and CRM reporting.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, aligning SEO efforts with business goals.
- Must have hands-on experience in creating SEO workflow automations in n8n or Make.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong Knowledge of Content strategy
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong Experience in Implementing Programmatic SEO.
- Strong Experience in Cracking AI-Overview Results & Also in AI Searches (Blog & Commercial Pages).
- Ability to conduct detailed SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
