We work with US and EU engineering teams through three flexible engagement models - staff augmentation, team augmentation and software development outsourcing. Our clients are CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Directors of Engineering at 50 to 500 employee tech companies.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who will own our organic search and AI search strategy day to day. Your job is to grow qualified organic traffic and brand visibility on Google and AI answer engines from CTOs and engineering leaders in the US searching for offshore development, staff augmentation and engineering team scaling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic SEO and Landing Pages
Build and scale programmatic SEO pages similar to esparkbiz-style structure - per technology, per skill, per location and per industry
Plan templates, content variables and internal linking architecture for hundreds of pages without dropping quality
Content SEO - Blogs and Guides
Plan and brief blog posts, in-depth guides and pillar pages targeting hire intent and bottom-of-funnel B2B keywords
Optimize existing blogs and service pages for rankings, snippets and AI citations
Link Building and Off-Page
Run competitor listicle partnerships - get MTechZilla featured in Top X companies articles on relevant publications
Pitch and place guest posts on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, and similar platforms
Organic backlink outreach to tech blogs, founder publications and industry sites
Monitor and clean backlink profile regularly
AI Search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Implement SEO and AEO tactics to grow brand visibility on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and other answer engines
Structure content, schema and citations so MTechZilla gets surfaced in AI responses for hire intent queries
Technical SEO
Run regular audits via Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush and fix crawl, indexing, schema and Core Web Vitals issues
Coordinate with developers on speed, mobile usability and redirects
Tracking and Reporting
Track rankings, organic traffic, AI mentions and conversions via GSC, GA4 and rank tracking tools
Weekly and monthly reports showing ranking movement, traffic growth and organic lead contribution
Must Have:
1.5 to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B IT services, software development or staffing companies
Experience doing SEO from India for US-targeted IT services or staffing websites
Hands-on experience with both paid and organic SEO
