Job Description
Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy to grow organic traffic, search visibility, and qualified leads
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping across blogs, landing pages, and core website pages
Implement on-page and technical SEO optimisations, including meta tags, internal linking, site structure, schema basics, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
Collaborate with content writers and designers to optimize content based on search intent, readability, and E-E-A-T principles
Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and convert insights into actionable SEO improvements
Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues such as indexing problems, crawl errors, duplication, redirects, and CWV issues in coordination with developers
Plan and execute content refresh, pruning, and optimisation strategies to improve rankings and CTR
Support Google Merchant Center SEO by optimising product titles, descriptions, images, structured data, and resolving feed errors or disapprovals
Improve YouTube discoverability by optimising video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and aligning video content with search intent
Ensure website content is structured, clear, and reliable so it can be understood and surfaced by AI-based search features like Google AI Overviews
Strengthen brand and content visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) by improving content clarity, trust signals, and information quality
Track SEO impact on traffic, engagement, and leads, not just keyword rankings
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-led search changes, and evolving SEO best practices
