We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who has strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The candidate should also be capable of managing a small team, executing SEO strategies, and delivering measurable growth through detailed monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structures
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-friendly content strategies
- Improve page-level performance and CTR
2. Off-Page SEO- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) techniques
- Manage guest posting, outreach, citations, and link-building campaigns
- Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links
3. Technical SEO- Perform technical audits (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Work with developers to fix issues related to site structure and performance
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and schema markup
4. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)- Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and direct answers
- Structure content using FAQs, schema, and intent-based formatting
- Improve visibility in AI-driven search platforms
5. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)- Optimize content for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)
- Create structured, authoritative, and context-rich content
- Monitor performance in AI-based search results
6. Team Management- Lead and manage a small SEO team (2–5 members)
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members
7. Reporting & Analytics- Prepare and present detailed monthly SEO reports
- Track KPIs: traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks, and ROI
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with AEO & GEO strategies
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management skills
