SEO Executive to join our creative team. with 2+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the latest SEO trends and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords that align with business goals.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, images, and internal links for maximum organic visibility.
- Off-Page SEO Optimization: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including unique link-building campaigns on high quality domains with less than 3 spam score, guest posting, and outreach to reputable websites.
- Monitor and evaluate backlinks to ensure the health and quality of the backlink profile.
- Technical SEO: Conduct website audits to identify technical issues that may hinder search engine crawling and indexing like site speed, broken links, crawl errors, etc.
- Work with the web development team to implement SEO best practices, including improving site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data markup (schema).
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the SEO landscape.
- Benchmark SEO performance against industry competitors and suggest strategies to outrank competitors.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure that all digital assets are SEO-optimized.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, IT, or any relevant field.
- Certification: Digital Marketing certification like Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy, or other recognized platforms.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with 9:30AM to 6:30PM working hours (Mon to Sat)
