Role Overview:
Plan and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research, website audits, and on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Optimize content for search intent, Content SEO, and E-E-A-T guidelines
- Monitor algorithm updates and refine SEO strategies
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads
- Plan budgets, bidding strategies, A/B testing, scaling, and cost optimization
- Set up and track conversions using GA4, GTM, and pixels
- Execute retargeting, remarketing, and lead funnel strategies
- Manage social media campaigns and content planning
- Track performance, optimize ROI, and prepare reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams
Tools & Skills:
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Analytics: GA4, GTM, Google Search Console
- Paid platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
- CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho preferred)
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing
Requirements:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in SEO & digital marketing
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and lead generation
- Experience in performance marketing and budget optimization
- Data-driven approach with strong communication skills
