Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive who understands performance marketingnot vanity metrics. This role is responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and converting attention into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research with commercial intent (not generic traffic).
  • Optimize on-page SEO: content, metadata, internal linking, site structure.
  • Execute technical SEO audits (page speed, indexing, crawlability).
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, scalable methods.
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO fundamentals required).
  • Manage content calendars aligned with SEO and growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on datanot opinions.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs: traffic quality, CAC, conversion rates, ROI.
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drop underperforming tactics fast.

Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search intent.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Working knowledge of paid ads and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to write or optimize content for humans and search engines.
  • Data-driven mindset with clear prioritization skills.
