About VGTS
Vish Gyana Technology Solutions (VGTS) is a Chennai-based software development and digital transformation company. We help businesses across India and the US build custom software, adopt AI in their operations, and modernize legacy systems from initial strategy through to delivery.
We are building our marketing function and need someone to own the digital acquisition engine.
Why this role exists
Companies in India and the US are actively searching for software development partners and AI adoption consultants. We need to be findable when they do and persuasive when they land on us. This role exists to build that inbound engine: organic search, paid campaigns, and the measurement infrastructure to know what is actually working.
What you will own
- SEO strategy for vgts.tech keyword research focused on software development, AI adoption, and digital transformation; on-page optimization; technical SEO health; content briefs for the Content Writer
- Google Ads campaign setup and management targeting buyers in India and the US who are evaluating custom software and AI development partners
- LinkedIn Ads sponsored content and lead gen campaigns targeting CTOs, engineering heads, and digital transformation leads
- Landing page performance work with the dev and content teams to improve conversion rates on key service pages
- Analytics and attribution own GA4, Search Console, and paid dashboards; ensure every lead source is tracked back to a channel
- Monthly reporting to the Marketing Lead and co-founder with clear pipeline attribution
What we are looking for
Must have:
- 25 years hands-on experience in SEO and/or paid digital advertising not just reporting, but building and optimizing campaigns
- Demonstrated results from Google Ads campaigns: you can show what you ran, what you tested, and what improved
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B lead generation
- Strong command of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Keyword research experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles how a CTO or IT decision-maker searches, evaluates, and converts
Good to have:
- Experience running campaigns for a software development, IT services, or technology consulting company
- Exposure to targeting US audiences from India timezone management, bidding strategy, audience nuances
- Familiarity with AI and digital transformation as topic areas you don't need to be technical, but you should be able to build campaigns around these themes
- HubSpot or CRM experience for lead tracking and funnel visibility
- Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO enough to flag issues to a developer
