The Role:
We're hiring a high-caliber SEO content writer who understands that great content is about clarity, authority, and outcomesnot word count.
You'll write deep, long-form content that ranks for competitive keywords, explains complex topics in simple language, and earns trust from founders, finance leaders, and HR teams globally.
What You'll Do:
- Own long-form SEO content that targets high-intent, BOFU and MOFU keywords
- Research deeply across India payroll, compliance, EOR, hiring, and SaaS topics
- Break down complex concepts into clear, simple, intuitive explanations
- Drive on-page SEO end-to-end: - search intent, content structure, headings & internal linking, schema & optimization
- Collaborate with design and web teams to ensure strong visual hierarchy and readability
- Improve existing content using performance data and rankings
- Experiment with new formats: comparisons, guides, playbooks, explainers
- Think like an ownerspot gaps, propose ideas, and execute without hand-holding
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience writing SEO-optimized long-form content that ranks
- Expert-level SEO knowledge (intent, topical authority, SERPs, updates)
- Exceptional ability to explain hard topics simply
- Strong design senselayout, spacing, flow, and UX matter to you
- Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, experimental, outcome-oriented
- Comfortable using data to decide what to write and what to fix
- High ownership and bias for action
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or compliance-heavy domains
- Ability to suggest visuals, wireframes, or content layouts
- Experience scaling or refreshing existing SEO libraries
- Strong opinions on why certain pages rankand why others don't
