Key Responsibilities -
AI-Optimized SEO Content Development
Write and optimize long-form and short-form content designed for search rankings and AI-driven discovery.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.) to enhance research, outlines, and content velocity.
Build content aligned to modern SEO principles: topical authority, semantic search, entity-based SEO, and E-E-A-T.
Website Content & Conversion Copywriting (CRO Focus)
Develop high-impact content for key website pages including:
o Service pages
o Industry solutions pages
o Landing pages for lead generation
o Homepage and positioning copy
o Product/offer narratives
Write content that improves conversion rates through:
o Strong CTAs
o Clear value proposition messaging
o Trust-building proof points
o Objection-handling copy
Partner with demand gen and design teams to ensure content is structured for conversion and user experience.
Buyer Funnel & Intent-Based Content Strategy
Create content mapped to the full B2B buyer journey:
o Awareness: Industry challenges, market shifts, staffing trends
o Consideration: Use cases, solution explainers, guides
o Decision: Case studies, comparison pages, conversion content
Build content aligned to search intent: informational, commercial, transactional, and decision-stage queries.
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
Translate IMS People Possible's value proposition into compelling narratives for staffing and recruitment leaders globally.
Create authoritative content that positions IMS as a strategic offshore partnernot just a cost lever.
Support executive thought leadership via LinkedIn articles, POV blogs, keynote/webinar content, and industry insights.
Content Formats & Deliverables
You will contribute across multiple high-impact formats, including:
SEO blogs, pillar pages, and topic clusters
Website landing pages and CRO-focused copy
Case studies and customer success stories
Email nurture sequences and lead magnets
LinkedIn and social storytelling content
Whitepapers, reports, and industry playbooks
Webinar and event content support
Content Performance & Optimization
Monitor content effectiveness across key metrics:
o Keyword rankings
o Organic traffic growth
o Engagement and time-on-page
o Landing page conversion rates
o MQL and pipeline contribution
Refresh and optimize existing website content for improved relevance, SEO performance, and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing ops and performance teams to apply learnings through iterative content improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
25 years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services.
Strong understanding of SEO-driven content writing and ranking factors.
Proven ability to write for website pages and conversion-focused journeys.
Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools for modern content workflows.
Strong grasp of funnel-based content strategy and buyer intent mapping.
Excellent written English with strong editing and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing for global markets (US, UK, Australia staffing ecosystem).
Familiarity with Google's evolving AI search landscape (SGE, entity SEO).
Exposure to CRO principles, landing page optimization, and A/B messaging tests.
Ability to repurpose content efficiently across channels and formats.
