Overview

Seeking a Hybrid SEO + Website Development VA who can connect SEO strategy to website

implementation. Someone who can execute tasks independently, directly supporting senior

strategic leadership without constant oversight.

Objective

To improve client website performance by implementing SEO-informed website updates,

maintaining clean and optimized WordPress and Webflow sites, and supporting ongoing organic

growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

On-page SEO Execution & Support

Conduct keyword research and page mapping

Implement on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)

Monitor Google Search Console and surface issues or opportunities

Remedy technical SEO issues (indexing, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals)

Support blog optimization and content publishing

Website Development & Maintenance

Build and update pages in WordPress (Block editor, Elementor) and Webflow

Implement SEO-friendly page structures from wireframes or outlines

Resolve layout, mobile, and performance issues

Coordinate with hosting platforms and cpanel as needed

Qualifications

4 years experience minimum

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Skilled in creating spreadsheets and compiling performance reports

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

US shift

Salary- 20-23k (4 hours)
