About the Role
We are looking for ahands-on SEO Analystwith strong fundamentals inOn-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Google Search Console, and GA4, along with an understanding ofAI-driven search experiences, includingGoogle AI Overviews and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role requires managingend-to-end SEO executionfor category, product, and content pages, analysing performance data, and supportingorganic growth across traditional search, AI-powered search results, and emerging discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the completeSEO lifecyclefor category pages (on-page & off-page).
- Implement on-page SEO usingShopifyCMS.
- Conduct detailedkeyword researchand competitor analysis.
- Analyzeperformance data viaGoogle Search ConsoleandGA4.
- Use tools likeAhrefs, SEMrush, and Moz for SEO insights.
- Plan and executelink-building & outreachstrategies.
- Monitor SEO KPIs and report actionable insights.
- UseExcel(VLOOKUP, basic formulas) for data tasks.
On-Page SEORequirement
- Executeon-page SEOfor category, product, and landing pages.
- Must be able towrite and edit basic HTML codefor SEO, including:
- Title tag
- Meta description
- Heading tags (H1, H2, H3)
- Canonical tag
- Robots meta tag
- Hreflangtag (basic implementation)
- Schema knowledge foran e-commerce website
- Optimizepage content, internal linking, image alt attributes, and URL structure.
- Performkeyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
- Identifyand resolvekeyword cannibalizationissues.
- Coordinate with developers/content teams to ensure correct SEO implementation.
Technical SEORequirement
- Conducttechnical SEO audits(crawlability, indexability, site structure).
- Implement andvalidate301 redirects, canonicalization,hreflang, and pagination.
- Supportwebsite migrations(URL mapping, redirects, post-live SEO checks).
- Monitor and improveCore Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Identifyissues related torobots.txt, XML sitemaps, server errors, and redirects.
Google Search Console (GSC)Knowledge
- MonitorPerformance, Pages (Indexing), Core Web Vitals, and Enhancements reports.
- Identifyindexing and crawling issuesand take corrective actions.
- Analysequeries, impressions, CTR, and average positionfor SEO growth.
- Track ranking drops anddiagnosetechnical or content-related causes.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Knowledge
- Analyseorganic traffic performanceusing GA4.
- Understandusers, sessions, engagement rate, bounce rate, and conversions.
- Evaluatelanding page performanceand user behaviour.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding ofSEO fundamentals and Google ranking factors.
- Hands-on experiencewriting andunderstanding ofbasic HTML code for on-page SEO.
- Practical knowledge ofOn-Page, Technical SEO, GSC, and GA4.
- Experience withWordPress / Shopify or similar CMS.
- Proficiencywith SEO tools:Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
