Role Description

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate aboutSEO, WordPress, website performance, analytics, and digital optimization, and who can manage both front-end and back-end website operations while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. A creative, data-driven SEO professional who loves experimenting, optimizing, and staying ahead of search trendsespecially as the industry shifts towardAI-powered search experiences.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies for WordPress-based websites.
  • Manage SEO across multiple company accounts with timely delivery.
  • Optimize for AI-driven search visibility (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search).
  • Conduct monthly technical audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema) and execute fixes.
  • Guide content teams to produce high-quality, information-rich content.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
  • Optimize metadata, headings, schema markup, alt text, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Improve and monitor rankings across major search engines.

Website Management

  • Oversee both front-end and back-end WordPress performance and functionality.
  • Ensure accessibility, technical SEO, and best practices across all sites.
  • Support website migrations, redesigns, and SEO recovery projects.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track SEO and digital performance using GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Analyze traffic patterns, user behaviors, funnels, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities across UX, UI, SEO, and content.
  • Develop clear, actionable SEO & digital performance reports.
  • Continuously refine strategies through data insights.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Maintain digital brand consistency across web, social, and print.
  • Support social media and campaign execution when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 36 years of SEO experience (B2B/B2C preferred)
  • Strong WordPress + technical SEO skills
  • Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
  • Good understanding of UX, CRO & modern web design
  • Solid HTML/CSS; JS/PHP familiarity is a plus
  • Excellent communication & multitasking skills
