About the Role

You'll lead digital initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, and social media, ensuring our brand grows not just in clicks and impressions - but in actual business outcomes. Bonus points if you know how to make AI tools work for you instead of fearing them.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels to drive qualified leads, traffic, and conversions.
Continuously test and refine ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS).
Own full-funnel campaign management - from setup and tracking to budget allocation and reporting.
Work closely with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Own and improve SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.
Conduct keyword research, competitor audits, and content gap analyses to grow organic visibility.
Collaborate with content and web teams for consistent optimization across blogs, listings, and landing pages.
Track key SEO KPIs including impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions.
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
Create engaging and brand-aligned content calendars, coordinate with design/copy teams, and manage influencer or partnership initiatives.
Manage community engagement - respond to comments, queries, and DMs in brand tone.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and report performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) across channels.
Create insightful dashboards that highlight performance and actionable next steps (not vanity metrics).
Collaborate with web and analytics teams to improve user journeys, conversion funnels, and tracking accuracy.
Innovation & Automation
Stay updated with the latest in digital marketing, automation tools, AI integrations, and algorithm updates.
Experiment with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency and creativity.
Requirements
4-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
Strong understanding of lead generation and digital acquisition funnels.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to create clear, actionable reports.
Knowledge of website optimization, tracking codes, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and ownership mindset. Experience in real estate or lead-gen businesses is highly preferred.

Understanding of video marketing, influencer strategy, or content marketing best practices.
Familiarity with AI-based marketing, design, and analytics tools.
