Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven SEO Lead / Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives across both B2B and B2C verticals. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve rankings, and generate leads/revenue. You must have a strong handle on technical SEO, content optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C websites.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, dev, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and outreach professionals.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Own the keyword research process and identify new content opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize existing content for better rankings and UX.
- Oversee link-building strategies and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Support international SEO and multilingual site optimization (if applicable).
- Drive SEO A/B testing to validate strategic changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C domains.
- Strong technical SEO skills (JavaScript SEO, site speed optimization, canonical issues, hreflang, redirects, crawl budget management, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.
- Experience managing SEO for large-scale websites.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, HubSpot, etc.).
- Demonstrated success leading SEO teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting strategies and performance to stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with headless CMS and modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with local SEO, international SEO, and ecommerce SEO.
- Understanding of CRO and how it ties into SEO strategy.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in SEO/content workflows.
