Role Overview
We are looking for a Workflow Coordinator to act as the key link between our clients and design team. In this role, you will manage daily project communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Monitor and acknowledge multiple incoming project requests
- Review project requirements, identify issues, and clarify details with clients
- Assign tasks to designers based on skills and project type
- Communicate timelines to designers and share expected delivery times with clients
- Provide clients with updates during work-in-progress
- Handle communication through calls and emails professionally
- Manage a variety of deadlines—urgent, ASAP, lean, or weekend tasks
- Work effectively with a diverse client base, from highly detail-oriented to flexible clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in PowerPoint design (at least 1-year)
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a similar role)
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in English/Communicative English)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Eligibility Note
This position is strictly onsite and open only to candidates currently residing in Trivandrum or willing to permanently relocate to Trivandrum.
