Role & responsibilities:
- Act as a Functional Analyst for Workday HCM, supporting Core HCM configurations across the employee lifecycle.
- Configure and maintain business processes, security, validations, eligibility rules, and organizational structures to enable compliant HR operations.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements.
- Support daily HCM operations including issue resolution, testing, and continuous system enhancements.
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to drive HR insights and decision-making.
- Support Workday Prism Analytics, ensuring data quality, governance, and effective workforce analytics.
Candidate requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience in HR systems or enterprise applications, including 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM, including business processes, organizational setup, security configuration, and employee data management.
- Experience creating Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, with understanding of reporting security and HR data structures.
- Working knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformations, and analytics validation.
- Strong understanding of Workday business objects, data models, and HR process automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
