We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can build
high-quality, performance-focused websites using modern, block-based workflows. This role requires strong front-end fundamentals, a solid design sense, and the ability to translate layouts into clean, scalable WordPress builds.
You will work on business websites, landing pages, and content-driven platforms where
speed, structure, and usability matter more than flashy effects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize WordPress websites using block-based architecture (Gutenberg-style workflows)
- Convert design concepts or references into pixel-accurate, responsive WordPress layouts
- Create reusable sections, patterns, and layout systems for long-term scalability
- Design and develop landing pages focused on conversion and clarity
- Ensure websites are fast-loading, SEO-friendly, and mobile-optimized
- Work with existing themes and extend them without bloating the site
- Maintain clean, well-structured HTML and CSS
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to implement best practices
- Fix layout, responsiveness, and front-end issues across browsers and devices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
- Strong experience building sites using modern WordPress block editors
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
- Strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and color balance
- Ability to create professional-looking websites without relying on heavy page builders
- Experience designing and implementing landing pages
- Working knowledge of performance optimization basics (Core Web Vitals, clean DOM, minimal bloat)
- Good understanding of written English for instructions and documentation
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience working with lightweight WordPress themes and modular layouts
Basic understanding of on-page SEO and schema implementation
Familiarity with Figma or design handoff files
Experience creating reusable design systems or style guides in WordPress
