We are looking for a seasoned Senior Front-End Web Developer who excels in crafting clean, responsive, and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency with UI/UX sensibility and will lead the front-end development of user-centric web applications.
You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, high-performance digital experiences across browsers and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices
- Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components
- Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teams
- Champion and implement front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems
- Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial
- Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues
- Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Experience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancement
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles
- Solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation
- Experience working in agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or BEM methodology
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks (Angular) a strong plus
- Familiarity with templating engines or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Liquid)
- Understanding of performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, asset minification)
- Expert experience on Figma
