· Acquire, and maintain relationships with HNI, SME, and affluent clients. Engage with both existing and new clients to support and retain them.
· Acquire, Train and Service sub-broker partners who in turn manage target client segments.
· Ensure high-quality service and post-sales support to strengthen customer relationships.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment, insurance, and financial products.
· Stay informed about various asset classes and financial markets to suggest well-structured investment portfolios in collaboration with Investment and Product teams.
· Maintain client data, track discussions, analyse insights, and generate reports using available tech tools.
· Manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory policies, client suitability guidelines, and internal processes.
