Team Leadership :
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Recruitment Processes :
- Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
Stakeholder Engagement :
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines.
Employer Branding :
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
