We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager / Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Healthcare) to lead and scale hiring across Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences verticals. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, managing end-to-end hiring for niche and leadership positions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and critical roles in the Healthcare domain.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
- Optimize sourcing strategies using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.
- Improve candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.
- Manage vendor partnerships, recruitment agencies, and external hiring channels.
- Ensure hiring practices are compliant with internal policies and labour laws.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and drive performance excellence.
- Support global stakeholders and hiring needs within the Healthcare domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciences hiring.
- Proven ability to hire for niche and leadership roles.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools, recruitment campaigns, and pipeline building.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and AI-based hiring tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor mapping.
- Experience leading and developing a recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR / TA certifications (SHRM, PHR, AIRS, etc.) will be an added advantage.
