Job Description

  • It is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic planning and management of the organization's talent acquisition and recruitment function.
  • This role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Strategy :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. Ensure that talent acquisition initiatives support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

Team Leadership :

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Recruitment Processes :

  • Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines.

Employer Branding :

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.

Technology and Tools :

  • Identify and implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline the talent acquisition process. Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Diversity :

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process and throughout the organization.

Vendor Management :

  • Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Monitor and measure the success of talent acquisition initiatives.
