Role Overview:
The Senior Visualizer Team Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, leadership, and attention to detail to guide the design team and ensure consistent visual excellence across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, graphic designers, and junior creatives.
- Conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital assets.
- Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and web teams to ensure creative alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee the entire design process from brainstorming and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining high creative standards.
- Review and approve all visual materials before client submission or publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Communicate directly with clients (where required) to understand requirements and present creative concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the creative team to enhance output quality.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure smooth workflow within the design team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
