Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically driven Senior Visualizer to join our growing team. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can transform brand strategy into compelling visual narratives across platforms. The ideal candidate brings a balance of big-picture ideation and meticulous execution, delivering high-impact creative solutions that elevate brand presence and engagement.

As a key contributor to the creative team, you will lead campaign visuals, maintain premium design standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative and performance-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Visual Strategy

  • Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Translate briefs into compelling, platform-first creative solutions.
  • Build cohesive visual narratives across digital, social, print, film, and integrated campaigns.
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.

Campaign Execution

  • Lead the design and execution of multi-platform campaigns (digital, social, print, video, performance marketing).
  • Deliver visually engaging creatives optimized for audience engagement and impact.
  • Ensure consistency and premium quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, editors, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Creative Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate overall creative output.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Manage projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and rollout.
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and tight timelines without compromising creative excellence.

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Articulate and defend concepts with strategic rationale.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and production teams to deliver results-driven creative solutions.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with evolving design trends, formats, and emerging technologies.
  • Explore AI-powered creative workflows, motion graphics, and new design systems.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the agency's visual language and creative standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 57 years of experience in a media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution excellence.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and working within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with premium or high-growth brands.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, UI/UX, 3D design, or AI-driven creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and performance marketing.
  • Passion for creating impactful, award-worthy campaigns.
