Job Description

  • Become an active and indispensable part of a world-class design team



  • Execute design systems that allow people on and outside of your team to quickly and repeatedly meet brand standards



  • Lead the design execution of marketing campaigns, including website graphics, digital ads, social media content, email designs, event branding, and sales enablement materials



  • Work in collaboration with the ACD Develop and evolve the Whatfixs visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints



  • Bring deep knowledge and experience with web design and execution



  • Support the team and business partners with innovative design solutions



  • Oversee conceptualization through execution of design projects that address organizational OKRs and brand initiatives



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams Work in partnership with Performance, Product, Growth, AR/PR, Events, Customer Marketing, and Sales Enablement to provide comprehensive design guidance and support to drive brand awareness and customer engagement



  • Optimize and iterate on designs based on performance data and user feedback


What do you need to have/ bring to the table

  • 6+ years experience as a working creative, plus current title equivalent to Senior Visual Designer and a matching portfolio
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS or start-up environment preferred
  • Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Experience developing and/or executing integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with other designers and marketers
  • Experience designing for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social, paid media, and events
  • Familiar with taking ideation and conception through execution and deployment
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and digital marketing trends
  • History collaborating with multiple internal departments to ensure brand standards and strategies through production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver work independently while actively helping and supporting other designers, producers, illustrators, and motion artists as an essential member of the design team
  • Strong portfolio of work including (but not limited to) websites, paid/performance, videos and motion graphics, presentations, case studies, event collateral, illustrations and infographics
  • Previous experience with a mission-driven company is preferred

Technical:

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, Mural, Presentation (Google Slides), Post Production (Final Cut, After Effects, Premiere), Social Media Channel Best Practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Channel-specific Experience (Digital, Web, Traditional, Video, Motion Graphics, Trade and Events, Thought Leadership, Podcasts)
  • Experience with motion graphic design, animation, or interactive design is a plus
