Role Overview

Vianaar is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong illustration base and a clear understanding of the consumer luxury market. This is a mid-level role within the Creative Production team under Marketing, suited for a designer who can translate brand values, user insight, and luxury sensibility into thoughtful visual narratives across print and digital platforms.

The role requires a refined eye for layout, illustration, and storytelling, combined with an understanding of how luxury is experienced by the end user - through clarity, restraint, materiality, and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise and design creative content for brand and marketing campaigns, grounded in consumer insight and brand intent.

Translate luxury positioning into visual systems through typography, layout, illustration style, spacing, and material choices

Develop illustration-led narratives that enhance brand storytelling rather than overpower it

Design brand collaterals across print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, publications, campaign assets, and social content

Apply user-led design thinking - ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and ease of consumption across all formats

Demonstrate strong understanding of print design, including grids, typography, scale, paper, finishes, and production sensibilities

Adapt designs thoughtfully for digital formats, maintaining consistency and visual quality across touchpoints

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and production teams to interpret briefs and elevate creative outcomes

Maintain brand consistency while contributing original ideas and visual perspectives Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, timelines, and quality

Required Skills & Experience

45 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, or premium consumer brands

Strong foundation in illustration, with a portfolio demonstrating narrative thinking and restraint

Excellent command over layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

Clear understanding of consumer behaviour and how visual design influences perception and experience

Demonstrated ability to translate luxury values into design through subtlety, clarity, and material awareness

Experience working across print and digital formats, with confidence in both

Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and high standards of craft
