Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Visa Executive located in Kochi & Angamaly. The role involves managing visa-related processes, providing guidance to clients on visa applications, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities also include coordinating with embassies and consulates, handling application documentation, and staying updated on evolving visa policies and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and regulatory compliance
• Experience in document review, data management, and record-keeping
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for managing complex visa cases
• Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to visa processing
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
