Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Own the Edit: From raw rushes to final render, narrative, pace, rhythm, sound, and soul.
• Creative Leadership: Guide the edit team like Gandalf. Mentor junior editors, conduct reviews, and keep the bar sky-high.
• Project Management: Oversee timelines, versions, backups, and revisions like an organizational ninja.
• Style & Consistency: Uphold the brand tone across projects (while throwing in your own flair).
• Collaboration: Work with directors, producers, content strategists, and animators to bring ideas to screen with impact.
• Tool Mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and your secret stash of plugins.
• Global Vibe: Coordinate with teams in both India and Canada because creativity knows no time zone.

• Can colour grade with your eyes closed.
• Have motion graphics skills (and know when not to use them).
• Can manage deadlines without needing an energy drink.
• Speak fluent meme.
