Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who will work in collaboration with the lead for creating engaging marketing videos across digital platforms. This is a video-first role focused on editing, motion content, and performance-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate understands how to craft videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives, while also being comfortable creating supporting visual creatives when required.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality short-form marketing videos including reels, ad creatives, product showcases, and UGC-style content
Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
Optimize video pacing, transitions, sound, and visual flow for social media performance
Adapt video content for different platforms and campaign requirements
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into engaging videos
Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining creative quality
Support creation of static creatives or visual assets when required
Maintain brand consistency across all video and visual outputs
Required Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of social media video trends and audience behavior
Ability to edit conversion-focused marketing content
Understanding of motion graphics, typography in video, and visual storytelling
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Qualifications
2+ years of professional video editing experience in a marketing or digital environment
Portfolio showcasing reels, ad videos, motion graphics, and performance-driven edits
Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or brand marketing content is preferred
