We are on a mission to accelerate EV adoption by bridging the gap between OEMs and buyers through authentic content, community discussions, and data-driven insights. We don't just review vehicles; we build the narrative of India's electric future.

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who is not just a technical expert but a visual storyteller. You will shape the visual identity of our YouTube channel and social media platforms, turning raw footage into compelling, high-octane automotive content that educates and entertains millions of Indian EV enthusiasts.

• Visual Storytelling: Edit high-quality long-form reviews, documentaries, and short-form social content (Reels/Shorts) that aligns with the EVINDIA brand voice.
• Post-Production Leadership: Lead the post-production workflow from ingest to final export, ensuring color grading, sound design (SFX/mixing), and motion graphics meet broadcast standards.
• Motion Graphics: Create engaging intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and data visualization overlays (range tests, charging stats) using After Effects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Creator, Video Production Head and cinematographers to visualize the edit before the shoot begins to ensure the final output aligns with the strategic vision.
• Mentorship: Guide junior editors, review their timelines, and streamline the team's file management and archival processes.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with global automotive editing trends and adapt them for the Indian audience.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional editing experience, preferably in the Automotive, Tech, or Lifestyle media sectors.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects or DaVinci Resolve or FCPX. (If knows Camera handling, it will be a really big plus.)
• Audio Skills: Strong understanding of sound design, knowing how to use music swells, engine/motor sounds, and foley to drive emotion.
• Automotive Passion: You should know the difference between kilowatt-hours and horsepower. A genuine interest in EVs and bikes is highly preferred.
• Portfolio: A showreel demonstrating fast-paced cuts, seamless transitions, and strong narrative building.
