Requirements
Mandatory : Proficiency in Kannada language for accurate content interpretation and culturally relevant storytelling.
- 56 years of proven professional experience as a Senior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer. Experience in 3D designing and animation is an added bonus.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creativity, originality, and high production standards.
- Advanced proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Familiarity with Blender, Maya, 3Ds Max is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling, with a solid understanding of colour theory, colour correction, colour grading, typography, and composition.
- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI tools for video editing, enhancement, and workflow optimization.
- Good understanding of production and filmmaking processes, with experience in documentaries, advertisements, campaign films, and other structured formats.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior editors, review creative outputs, and maintain overall quality standards.
- Strong awareness of platform-specific video formats and performance-oriented content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.
