Working Model : Work From Office (5 days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who can independently take ownership of video production from concept-to-final cut. This role goes beyond editing it requires storytelling, motion design thinking, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive innovation using modern GenAI tools.

You will work closely with Marketing (primary), Sales, Product, and Demand Generation teams to create compelling video content that drives brand awareness, product understanding, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Video Production (Concept to Cut)
  • Develop video concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Create storyboards and visual narratives.
  • Produce high-quality edits across multiple formats:

Product explainers

Brand films

Case studies

Webinars & event recaps

Social-first B2B content

Sales enablement videos

Demand-gen performance ads

  • Creative & Technical Execution
  • Advanced video editing using Premiere Pro.
  • Motion graphics and animation using After Effects.
  • Audio editing and sound design (cleaning, mixing, mastering).
  • Create branded motion templates and scalable visual systems.
  • Design support using Figma, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:

Marketing (Campaign, Content & Brand teams)

Sales & Revenue teams (sales enablement assets)

Product Marketing (feature launches, walkthroughs)

Demand Generation (performance creatives)

  • Translate technical product insights into compelling visual storytelling.

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
  • Track production timelines via tools like:

  • Maintain version control, asset organization, and delivery deadlines.

Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Experience working with multiple brands; B2B or SaaS experience preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats and styles.

Technical Proficiency

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Capcut
  • Video editing AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Higgsfield etc.)
  • Audio editing tools (e.g., RiversideFM)
  • AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)
  • Design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (Higgsfield, NB Pro, etc.) Core Competencies
  • Strong storytelling & conceptual thinking ability.
