We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to lead our video editing team in crafting high-quality YouTube and social media content. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to deliver compelling video content that resonates with audiences and aligns with client objectives. The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in exploring trends, conceptualizing new video formats, and coaching the team to excel in their craft.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content strategists, graphic designers, and motion artists, to maintain cohesive creative outputs.

Video Editing & Production:

• Handle the entire video production lifecycle, from pre-production planning to post-production.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content, including YouTube videos, social media reels, and motion graphics.
• Design and execute attention-grabbing titles, animations, and thumbnails for YouTube content.

Creative Innovation:

• Research and implement the latest video editing trends, formats, and techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize new video formats to cater to client and market needs.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Organize and archive video assets for future use and manage team workflows effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Experience in creating motion graphics and working with titles and animations.
• Strong knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and post-production workflows.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in video editing, with experience in YouTube and social media content creation.
• Proven experience leading a team and delivering projects under tight deadlines.

Soft Skills:
