Job Title: Senior Video Editor
Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 3-5 years of experience to drive post-production across campaigns, social media, and performance content. The role requires a strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end video editing across campaigns, digital content, and performance marketing assets
- Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Collaborate closely with videographers, designers, and the creative team to ensure cohesive output
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting timelines
- Oversee color correction, sound design, and overall finishing quality
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video content
- Adapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
- Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trends
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency, or content studio)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound
- Ability to interpret creative direction and execute with clarity and precision
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A strong portfolio of different kinds of work samples
Preferred Skills:
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience working in a fast paced agency environment
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with performance-driven content and short-form video formats
- Exposure to AI-assisted editing tools is a plus
