Most video editors rely on perfect lighting, a pristine studio set, and a high-end cinema camera to make a good video. We don't operate in a perfect world.

We are looking for a relentless Video Editor and Content Alchemist who can take a folder of perfectly average, boring raw footage and engineer it into a high-retention, scroll-stopping masterpiece. More importantly, we need a pioneer who is obsessed with the bleeding edge of AI video generation. If you can manipulate pixels and sound waves to make the artificial look undeniably real, we want you on our team.

• The Boring to Brilliant Pipeline: You will take raw, unpolished, and sometimes outright dull footage and use aggressive pacing, dynamic framing, and sharp cuts to manufacture engagement out of thin air.
• Master-Class Sound & Color: You don't just slap a basic LUT on a clip. You manipulate shadows and pull depth out of flat footage for a premium, cinematic grade. You layer custom Foley and sound design to make the video deeply immersive, fixing blown-out audio and echoey rooms along the way.
• Bleeding-Edge AI Generation: You are a master prompter and AI technician. You will heavily utilize tools like Higgsfield, Kling, and Cedence to generate custom b-roll, digital avatars, and entirely new scenes from scratch.
• Breaking the Uncanny Valley: Your AI-generated reels must be so photorealistic and perfectly paced that the audience (and the algorithm) genuinely cannot tell if it was shot on a camera or generated on a GPU.
• Designing for Conversion: You understand that views mean nothing if they don't drive action. You edit for the Total Growth Architecture, ensuring every hook, pattern interrupt, and CTA serves the overarching brand strategy and drives revenue.

• You are an absolute master of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut, but you spend just as much time testing beta AI tools as you do in your NLE.
• You understand the psychology of retention. You know exactly when an audience is about to swipe away, and you know exactly what edit to make to stop them.
• You never complain about the quality of the raw files; you just fix it in post.
• You have a deep portfolio demonstrating both heavy post-production cleanup and hyper-realistic AI video generation.
