About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to lead the creative video production process from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with experience handling high-profile projects for marketing, branding, or media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end video editing process including assembling raw footage, selecting music, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with team to bring brand stories to life through engaging video content.
- Edit videos for multiple platforms — social media, digital ads, corporate films, product videos, and YouTube.
- Ensure all videos align with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior editors, ensuring high-quality output across the team.
- Stay up to date with video editing trends, transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Manage and organize video assets and maintain efficient workflow processes.
- Work on tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a creative agency or media production house.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and timing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to visual details and brand consistency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in color grading and 3D animation.
- Knowledge of camera operations and shooting techniques.
