We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports ITSS Global's marketing initiatives, brand identity, and communications strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and digital ads.

•      Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints in alignment with ITSS Global brand guidelines.

•      Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

•      Create engaging visuals for social media channels, websites, and digital marketing initiatives.

•      Design and edit video graphics, motion graphics, and animations as needed.

•      Support the production of internal and external communications materials.

•      Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

•      Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

•      Prepare and package final artwork files for both print and digital production.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•      Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

•      2–5 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.

•      Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

•      Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.

•      Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

•      Knowledge of digital marketing formats, social media specifications, and print production processes.

•      Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs.

•      Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

•      Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

•      A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media is required.

NICE TO HAVE

•      Experience in the technology or IT services industry.

•      Motion graphics and video editing skills.

•      Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.

•      Photography or photo editing experience.
