About the Role:

We're looking for aSenior Video Editor with exceptionalediting skills, visual taste, and motion craft, who is excited about usingAI as a creative multiplier. This is not a cut reels all day role.

You'll be responsible for creatingextremely high-quality, visually striking content- the kind of work that feels closer to aluxury brand film, a high-concept music video, or a global campaign, except produced entirely using AI and world-class editing.

Think: ASwarovski-level brand film, created fully with AI, or aKendrick Lamar-style music video reinterpretation, imagined and executed with AI tools.

The AI technology is already here. What we're looking for istaste, vision, and execution speed.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualise and visualise ideas ashigh-impact video narratives.
• Translate abstract concepts intoAI-generated shots, sequences, and scenes.
• Edit fast-paced, polished, high-energy videos optimised for Instagram.
• Apply strongmotion graphics, speed-ramping, transitions, and animation.
• Experiment aggressively with AI video and image tools to push visual quality.
• Ship frequently, iterate fast, and constantly raise the creative bar.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class social and creative team.

Skills We're Looking for:

• Exceptional video editing skills - ability tosee an idea as a finished video before it exists
• Strong design sense and taste
• Strong command on motion graphics
• Real experience using AI image/video tools (not just curiosity)
• Comfortable prompting, iterating, and self-learning new workflows quickly
• Ability to ships fast and own projects without compromising taste
