Key Responsibilities
Short-Form & Social Content
- Edit engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create multiple variations, hooks, and cut-downs optimized for audience retention.
- Develop repeatable content formats and scalable video series.
Event Coverage & Highlights
- Produce high-quality event recap videos, speaker edits, audience reactions, and highlight reels.
- Create polished executive-style packaging with captions, overlays, and branded graphics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event footage is optimized for content distribution.
Founder & Leadership Videos
- Edit founder stories, leadership messages, and talking-head content with clarity and strong narrative flow.
- Enhance videos using pacing, b-roll, sound design, motion graphics, and captions.
- Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all leadership content.
Product Demo & Explainer Videos
- Create product walkthroughs and demo videos that simplify complex workflows.
- Use UI captures, motion graphics, and animation overlays to improve clarity and engagement.
- Support product launches and feature releases with compelling visual storytelling.
Brand Consistency & Workflow
- Maintain consistency in pacing, typography, transitions, and overall visual language.
- Organize media assets, project files, templates, and versioning systems efficiently.
- Manage editing timelines from rough cut to final delivery with reliability and speed.
Required Skills

Additional Information
Experience
- 4–7 years of professional video editing experience.
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, startup, or brand storytelling environments preferred.
