Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in video, motion, and static creatives to lead execution across performance marketing and brand storytelling. You will own end-to-end creative delivery from brief to final output while mentoring a team of 34 designers. This role requires a hands-on creative thinker who can drive ideation, ensure high-quality execution, and scale performance-driven creatives across paid, email, web, and lifecycle channels in close collaboration with marketing and product teams. Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end design and video execution across paid ads, email, website, landing pages, and e-commerce assets. Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives (including product videos, explainers, and UGC-style ads) for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Translate marketing objectives and performance insights into compelling visual concepts that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Lead creative ideation for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives, continuously testing new formats, hooks, and trends.

Mentor and review a small design team, ensuring high creative standards, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, content, product, and growth teams to align creative with business goals.

Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and final creative QA before go-live across all channels and geographies. Required Skills & Qualifications

57 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion design, preferably within D2C, health-tech, or consumer tech brands.

Proven experience leading and mentoring a small design team while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.

Strong expertise in creating high-performing static and video creatives for paid ads, email marketing, and other performance-driven channels.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Solid understanding of performance marketing creative principles, including hooks, pacing, thumbnails, layouts, CTAs, and UGC-style ad formats.

Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, brand systems, and overall design aesthetics.

Exposure to 2D animation, product animations, basic 3D/product renders, and familiarity with AI tools for ideation, editing, or asset generation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

A strong portfolio showcasing paid ads, motion graphics, video creatives, and static designs aligned with performance outcomes.
