About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Video Editor with experience in cinematic storytelling, live-action film editing, and post-production workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience working on films, short films, action sequences, or projects with production houses and must be proficient in AI-driven editing workflows.

This role requires someone who understands the entire filmmaking processfrom film capture to final editand can shape the narrative by deciding what to keep, trim, or enhance during post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Edit live-action films, cinematic videos, action sequences, and storytelling-based content

Work on post-production editing after the film is captured, refining narrative flow and pacing

Decide what scenes should be retained, trimmed, or removed to enhance storytelling

Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and production teams

Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for advanced editing, transitions, and motion graphics

Integrate AI tools for video editing, automation, enhancement, and workflow optimization

Work on color grading, sound sync, visual effects, and cinematic finishing

Deliver high-quality final cuts suitable for film, OTT, or digital platforms

Required Skills

Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Experience editing live-action films, action films, or cinematic storytelling projects

Understanding of filmmaking process, film capture, and post-production workflows

Experience working with production houses, film studios, or movie projects

Ability to shape story structure through editing decisions

Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (Runway ML, Adobe AI tools, generative AI editing tools, etc.)

Strong sense of pacing, timing, and cinematic storytelling
