At Dreamfoot, our editors work on films for ABB, Tata, Siemens, L&T, Apollo Tyres, and Polycab. We explain how transformers are manufactured, how safety systems work inside oil refineries, and how industrial processes operate at scale. The work is technically demanding, genuinely interesting, and goes far beyond aesthetic editing.

We're looking for one editor who wants to build a serious body of work — not just a reel.

What you'll be doing:

Editing corporate, industrial, and product videos for enterprise clients across manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Working from a project brief and script — not just raw footage. Handling podcast edits, safety training videos, and incident recreation content. Collaborating closely with a small, focused team of 11 people.

This is not a social media editing role.

What you need to bring:

Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects — you use these daily, not occasionally. Basic familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for colour work is a plus. 2–4 years of editing experience, ideally in a production house or agency environment. The ability to read a brief and a script before touching footage — editorial judgment, not just technical speed. A portfolio that shows at least some non-social content — corporate, documentary, educational, or long-form work of any kind.

This role is based full-time at our Vadodara office. Please apply only if you are currently in Vadodara or willing to relocate.
