Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Video Editor with strong experience working with brands, especially in the B2C and E-commerce space. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating high-performing ad creatives, social media videos, and performance-driven content that boosts engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos for performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Create engaging content for D2C/E-commerce brands (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative strategist, marketing, and content teams
- Develop ad creatives, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive conversions
- Work on UGC-style videos, product videos, and brand storytelling content
- Analyze performance and optimize videos based on metrics (CTR, watch time, ROAS, etc.)
- Stay updated with latest video trends, transitions, and editing styles
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a brand (B2C/E-commerce preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and performance-driven videos
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of social media content trends and platform algorithms
- Strong storytelling and visual sense
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in wellness, skincare, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
- Understanding of consumer psychology and ad creatives
