Job Title: Creative Video Producer (Direction + Shoot + Editing + Design)Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Video Producer who can own the entire content production pipeline — from setting up a normal room into a premium studio, to directing speakers, to shooting and editing high-quality content.
This is a full-stack content role where you will be responsible for making content look professional, engaging, and authority-driven across Instagram, YouTube, and ads.

- Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities 1. Content Direction & On-Set Execution- Guide speakers with prompts, tone, expressions, and delivery
- Help presenters sound natural, confident, and engaging
- Suggest hooks, pauses, and improvements during recording
- Ensure content feels authentic, high-energy, and authority-driven
2. Camera Handling & Cinematography (DOP Role)- Operate DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone rigs professionally
- Set up framing, composition, and camera angles for:
- Talking head videos
- Long-form YouTube content
- Ad creatives
- Reels / Shorts
- Maintain cinematic and premium visual quality
3. Lighting & Studio Setup- Transform simple rooms into premium content studios
- Set up and manage:
- Key light, fill light, backlight
- Softboxes and practical lighting
- Ensure clean, flattering, and professional lighting for face & background
4. Studio Environment & Aesthetics- Design clean and visually appealing shooting environments
- Manage background, props, framing, and depth
- Maintain consistent visual brand identity
5. Video Editing (Core Responsibility)- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos
- Add clean cuts, pacing, zooms, and transitions
- Create subtitles, captions, and basic motion graphics
- Ensure content is engaging without being over-edited
- Maintain a consistent editing style
6. Content Repurposing- Convert long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces
- Extract hooks, highlights, and key moments
- Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
7. Graphic Design & Thumbnails- Design YouTube thumbnails and reel covers
- Create Instagram carousels and static posts
- Design simple visual assets for content/landing pages
- Maintain brand consistency (fonts, colors, layouts)
8. Visual Storytelling- Improve content flow and structure during editing
- Add overlays, callouts, and highlights for clarity
- Make content easy to consume and highly engaging
Must-Have Skills- Camera handling (Sony / Canon / DSLR / iPhone rigs)
- Strong understanding of framing & cinematic composition
- Lighting setup expertise
- Content direction & on-set guidance
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic)
- Photoshop / Canva
- Understanding of:
- Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Subtitles & caption styling
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
