Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Video Editor role based in Noida. The Senior Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production process, including organizing footage, editing videos for various campaigns, and optimizing content for different digital platforms. Responsibilities include color grading, sound refinement, and integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements to create polished, brand-aligned videos. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to interpret briefs, develop visual storytelling concepts, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines. The Senior Video Editor will also help define best practices for video content, manage project timelines, and mentor junior video team members where required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing, social media, and corporate communication.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, lower thirds, transitions, and overlays.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalents).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, preferably in advertising, branding, or corporate communications.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of edited and finished video work is required; a degree or diploma in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is an advantage.
