Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for leading end-to-end video production for Career Bus, including editing, 3D Animation and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, and brand storytelling content. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with content creators, marketers, and subject matter experts to shape narratives, refine scripts, and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, creating compelling edits, adding graphics and animations, designing sound transitions, and optimizing videos for multiple platforms and formats. The Senior Video Editor will also contribute to creative ideation, maintain a consistent visual style, manage project timelines, and provide guidance or feedback to junior editors or external vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall image quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro,) and motion graphics software (such as After Effects) is beneficial.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels), with an understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings.
• Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Several years of professional video editing experience; prior experience in career services, education, or recruitment-focused content is a plus.
